At Trioce LLC, we stand behind the products we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-returnable items
Items returned after the 14-day window
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

Return shipping costs

Item is in good condition: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Item arrived damaged or defective: Trioce LLC will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us first so we can provide a prepaid return label.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Store credit

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to issue store credit for the full value of your return. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team using the information below. Include your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship items back without first contacting us.
