Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there is any significant delay with your order.

Trioce LLC currently ships to countries across Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase. All prices are charged in EUR (€).
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.
Customs, duties & taxes
Trioce LLC ships from the United States. Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you are unsure about applicable duties in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and customs fees incurred. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus those costs.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Trioce LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@trioce.com.
