6. Order acceptance & cancellation
An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel or refuse an order if:

The order cannot be shipped to your location
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Returns & refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trioce LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
